I love exposing the logo community to logos nobody knows of. Some of the logos I'll rate on here are familiar, some favorites of the logo community, some cheesy stinkers, some infamous, and some that the world doesn't know about. So let's start. I'll update this from time to time.

Hachette Premiere (1987)

Note: Logo starts at 15:40.

DESIGN (9/10)
It looks cool, but could use improving.

ANIMATION (9/10)
Some neat animation on this logo! What's wrong, though, is that it's so CYAAAAN and 80s!

MUSIC (10/10)
Further explaining required?

OVERALL (28/30)
A cool logo with catchy music and good animation, but it's a lil' too 80s. Juuuuuuuust a little bit.

Video Owbud (1990s)

Note: Logo starts at 0:39.

DESIGN (1/10)
Poland. This is a country that has some of the most generic logos ever. And I mean generic/hypocrite names, generic designs, ultra-generic MIDI music, IT'S TOO MUCH TO HANDLE!

ANIMATION (2/10)
While it looks somewhat decent, IT'S GENERIC.

MUSIC (3/10)
Loud and generic, but catchy...?

OVERALL (6/30)
Poland can go unmemorably hide in shame from these generic, unremarkable pieces of crap.

Slovensky Filmovy Ustav (2000s?)

DESIGN (7/10)
I can't tell whether that's a filmstrip or a ladder.

ANIMATION (9/10)
INTERESTING.

MUSIC (8/10)
*interest overload*

OVERALL (24/30)
"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer."

Television South (January 1st, 1982-1987)

Go to 15:23 for the logo.

DESIGN (7/10)
Looks a little bit not like a fleur de lys.

ANIMATION (10/10)
Now that is amazing. Especially for 1982. In fact, Channel 4's famous logo came out the same year! It's 2D and simple, but that doesn't let its integrity go away. It's very smoothly animated.

MUSIC (10/10)
Just like the animation in the logo, it's ahead of its time.

OVERALL (27/30)
It's simple, but it's definitely an ahead of its time logo with great animation and music, and one of my favorites in the ITV logo stable.
